Clinical Psychologist

I am a licensed clinical psychologist offering virtual therapy to adults. I work with individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and a sense of disconnection or lack of fulfillment. My work is especially focused on helping clients explore and reshape emotional and behavioural patterns that may be limiting their capacity for connection, meaning, and self-understanding.

I am registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario and authorized to provide psychological services to adults residing in Ontario.

I offer virtual services only.
Availability is updated regularly, and I am currently accepting new clients.

Therapeutic approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), existential psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). These frameworks allow me to adapt therapy to each client’s unique goals and values.

Therapy with me is a collaborative and reflective process. I aim to create a warm, accepting, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore what may be keeping you stuck. Together, we work to develop new coping skills, uncover emotional and interpersonal patterns, and support a deeper, more connected experience of self and others.

Modalities and methods

My integrative approach draws upon several therapeutic modalities. These include:

  • Psychodynamic therapy to foster insight into unconscious patterns and conflicts which may be maintaining symptoms.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients connect with and heal parts of the self that carry pain, conflict, or unmet needs.

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to address unhelpful thought patterns and promote practical change.

  • Existential therapy to support meaning-making and identity exploration.

  • Mindfulness-based approaches to cultivate present-moment awareness and emotion regulation.

This blend of approaches allows us to work flexibly depending on your needs.

Core values in therapy

I believe that meaningful change occurs when we are able to relate to ourselves with curiosity and compassion. My focus is not only on symptom relief, but on helping clients develop a stronger, more coherent sense of self. I am committed to creating a space that is accepting and emotionally secure but also provides room for challenge and growth.

Educational and clinical background

I completed my doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at Concordia University in Montreal in 2022. The majority of my clinical training took place in hospital-based programs within the McGill University Health Centre, where I gained experience in specialized settings focused on mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), psychosocial oncology, and sex and couple therapy. I have been working in private practice since 2018.

My doctoral research investigated the neurobiological basis of depression and childhood trauma, deepening my understanding of how early experiences shape emotional and brain development.
